Potential of tourism in the district of Asmat scattered in several districts where there is a traditional art form of carving, traditional dances and celebrations, national parks and areas with flora and fauna life that is still natural. Development of tourist areas in the district of Asmat can be improved through the development of traditional culture and the preservation of the existing environment. Another thing that needs to be done is to conserve the environment, national parks and protected forests there. Other tourism potentials that can be developed is various species of orchid that is very much in the Asmat jungle. Orchid species, with its thousands numbers could be developed into an attraction for tourists. This is supported by the findings of rare species in the forest in Papua which include Asmat jungle.
