To achieve the development vision of the Asmat district, the agenda that will be implemented are as follows:
- Improving and developing human resources in education, health, employment.
- Laying and strengthen the economic basis of democracy by giving priority to local resources and optimize the utilization of non-local resources.
- Continuing and increasing socio-economic infrastructure development to support the acceleration of regional development.
- Open the isolation of intra and inter-regional as well as improving access to information networks, communications, and transportation with the outside world.
- Implementing, stabilizing, and strengthening local autonomy by managing institutional and government officials realize that discipline, clean, dignified, responsible, and professional.
- Develop a culture of togetherness, mutual respect and mutual respect.
- Promote and develop active role in community development activities.
- Increasing prosperity through economic empowerment of the people, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
- Encourage and provide facilities for private sector business development, particularly in agribusiness and agro-industries.
- Stimulates the acceleration of development and business development of agricultural production, forestry, and marine.
- Conservation, coaching and develop regional cultural development of the basic capital of regional development.
