As a new district, Asmat district has established 12 Offices which are:

1. Office of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives
2. Office of Mining, Energy and Environment,
3. Office of Education and Teaching.
4. Office of Culture and Tourism.
5. Office of Health.
6. Office of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.
7. Office of Fisheries and Marine Affairs.
8. Office of Forestry and Plantation,
9. Office of Public Works.
10. Office of Transportation.
11. Office of Social Welfare.
12. Office of Labor and Housing.

And also has established 3 Body are:

1. Body of the Regional Monitoring Board.
2. Body of Regional Development Planning Board.
3. Body of Board of Finance and Area Asset Management.

And 3 Offices which are:

1. The National Unity Office.
2. Office of Population, Family Planning and Civic Record.
3. The Regional Secretariat of Social Section, Section General Government, Village Governance Section, Division of Law, The Organization,, General Section, Section Officer, Section of Women's Empowerment.
