Office of Population and Civil Registration has poko duties formulate, develop, control and manage and coordinate the policies of Population and Civil Registration.

Organizational Structure Office of Population and Civil Registration consists of:

  1. Head Office
  2. Secretariat, consisting of :
    • General and Sub Division Officer
    • Sub Division of Finance
    • Sub-Section Program.
  3. Population Registration Service field consists of:
    • Section of Identity Population
    • Section on Population Mutation
    • Section of Seasonal Population Development.
  4. Civil Registration Service field consists of:
    • Section Birth and Death Registration
    • Registration Section Marital / divorce
    • Section of Registry Appointment, Recognition and Validation of the child.
  5. Demographic information management field consists of:
    • Section of Systems and Information Technology
    • Section of Management and Efficiency of Data
    • Section on Population Information Pelayanaan.
  6. Extension Field and the Document Management consists of:
    • Section of Population Administration Guidance
    • Section of Collection, Management and Maintenance Documents
    • Documentation Service Section.
  7. Functional Group.
