5. Field Electrical Power and Energy Development consists of:
   
   • Section of the Electricity
   • Section of Energy Sources.
6. Mining Permitting field consists of:
   
   • Allocation Permitting Section area
   • Section of Dispute Resolution.
7. Functional Group.
